Connor’s customer service is comprehensive, what we like to call “One Stop Shopping”. The process begins with our customers, whether they are current or potential, bringing us their drawings and/or engineering specifications and we do the rest. We have your product needs quoted, have the necessary tools built, produce and inspect your parts and/or sub-assemblies, have them shipped to our warehouse facility in Fort Wayne then ultimately shipped to your plant. We handle all manufacturing, logistics (freight, duty and customs) and vendor payments while providing full engineering and quality control support services. We do it all for you and you speak only to us.
